Welcome to the RAD-ECDE Work-Life Balance Hub!

This website is a hub for work-life balance resources for the Representation and Diversity in Early Childhood Deaf Education (RAD-ECDE) scholars and students in the University of Arizona's Deaf Education Master's Program! On this site you will find resources for mental health, physical well-being, academic challenges, and a variety of other topics to help you successfully complete the program while also maintaining a good balance between work, school, and life. This website was created through a personnel preparation grant from the Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

The RAD-ECDE grant is committed to supporting scholars throughout the Master’s program. We believe that our students and grant scholars already hold a wealth of resources and are capable of supporting themselves and each other. We offer this website as a resource to help them maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
